The most important agreement is between the British law customers and company and the jurisdiction over travel and loading arrangements. In Saudi law, the customers and the service provider in the government of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction over matters within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 50% of your total amount is an advance deposit to confirm your booking.
You will be charged 50% of the fee for each passenger; the remaining 50% will be refunded if you need to cancel your Umrah package before the flight. We will only contact the airlines on your request to change if you already received flight tickets and hotel vouchers. The refund process depends upon the airline and hotel policies.
Hotel rates can vary during the booking process. If a passenger doesn’t have a British passport, they will need some important documents, such as a biometric card, proof of residency, and the visa expiry date.
Follow all laws and rules. If you knowingly or unknowingly break any law, you will be charged with your behaviour. The company will not help you in this case. Only travel insurance or the British embassy can help you in this situation.
